Illustrative. Scenarios are grounded in your own demand, supplier and category data.
What this actually is
There comes a point where reviewing this month's override decisions stops being enough. Supplier relationships get complicated, reporting starts going to a board, and the questions being asked are about the next six to twelve months rather than the next order.
Strategic Intelligence Advisory carries everything the Partner tier does, then extends it upward. Scenario planning is delivered against three positions, conservative, moderate and aggressive, so your leadership chooses its own risk appetite rather than being handed a single number to believe. Quarterly reviews are presented to your leadership in person rather than written and emailed. And when you go into a supplier renegotiation, you go in with the data already being tracked behind you.
This should not be the first thing you buy from us. It rests on the track record built through the earlier tiers, which is also what makes it hard for anyone else to replicate from a standing start.

How it runs, start to finish
Call
We scope what your leadership actually needs to see, and how often they need to see it.
Onboarding
The Partner cycle runs as normal, with the strategic layer added on top of it.
Monthly
Accuracy, overrides and rule refinement, exactly as per the Partner tier.
Quarterly
Scenarios refreshed and the business review presented to your leadership in person.
As needed
Supplier negotiation support, and fast response when a genuine supply shock hits.
Is this right for you?
- Your reporting goes to a board or an investor, not only to you.
- Your supplier relationships are complex enough that renegotiation is a recurring event.
- You are already working with us and the questions have moved from this month to next year.
Practical questions
What is the commitment?
Three months minimum, then it continues month to month. Because the strategic work runs on a quarterly rhythm alongside the monthly cycle, three months is the shortest period over which you see a full turn of what this tier actually does. After that it renews monthly, exactly as the Partner tier does.
How do I cancel?
After the three month minimum, give notice before your next renewal date and it stops. There is no exit fee and no final invoice afterwards. The scenario work, the negotiation packs and everything else produced during the engagement stay with you.
Can I start here?
It is not recommended, and we will usually say so on the call. This tier runs on context that builds through the earlier work: your accuracy history, your override history, and a real understanding of how your suppliers behave. Starting here means paying for a strategic layer with very little underneath it yet, which is a worse deal for you than starting lower and moving up.
Is this geopolitical or tariff risk modelling?
No, and we would rather say so plainly than let the word scenario imply more than it should. Scenario planning here is grounded in your own demand, supplier and category data, projected across three positions so your leadership picks its own risk appetite. We do not claim to model geopolitics, and anyone selling you that at this price almost certainly is not modelling it either.
What does the quarterly review cover?
Performance against forecast, what your override history is telling us, and the refreshed scenarios for the coming two quarters. It closes on the decisions we think your leadership needs to take next, with the reasoning set out behind each one. It is presented in person rather than emailed over, because the questions a board asks back are the part that matters most.
